China pig breeding industry was infected by various kinds of diseases for a long time due to the low breeding measures and management skill， and it increased the cost of breeding continuously.  Chifeng Best Genetics Group (established by Ascend Capital Partners) and Excelsior Bio-System Incorporation (invested by Best Genetics Group) signed the cooperative memorandum with Chifeng government at Hong Kong on May 29， 2013.  In coming 3 years， Best Genetics Group， Excelsior Bio-System Incorporation will have an cooperation with Chifeng government to establish the first Chinese entrepreneurial high-tech modern pig breeding and examination center， including breeding materials， environmental test center， pig disease managemement related security watching and prevention and treatment center， as well as a training center that introduced local and international pig breeding and management experts to train talent of breeding.  With the practical plans and supports of local government and the world organization for animal health (OIE)， Best Genetics Group will make Chifeng the first China foot and mouth disease free area certified by OIE.
