Ascend Capital Partners invested and established Best Genetics Group on September 3rd 2011. Best Genetics Group and Canadian swine corporation Genesus Inc. signed cooperation agreement on the fifth Canada-China Business Forum on February 9th 2012. According to this agreement， Best Genetics Group will purchase best quality nucleus swine from Genesus Inc.， and Genesus Inc. will provide genetic technology services to Best Genetics Group. The cooperation of two companies is expected to provide Chinese Market abundant green， safety and low price high quality lean pork. Best Genetics Group imported foreign pig house facilities and management measures and purchased good breed pigs from the world， aiming to became the best swine company in China.
Canada’s Prime Minister Mr. Stephen Harper and Minister of Agriculture Mr. Gerry Ritz were on hand to witness the signing of a commercial agreement between Best Genetics Group and Genesus Inc. Mr. Guohua Xia， Governor of Songshan District of Chifeng City also attended the forum and gave congratulation to the cooperation.
